Legal Office

The Legal Office began its activity in 2002, specializing in Bank Law, principally carrying out legal and out-of-court activity entailing protection, recovery and assignment of credit (ordinary, land and consumption), financial instruments, personal and real guarantees, on behalf of a primary Italian Credit Group with home office in Lombardy. Since 2003 the Office provides also legal aid in the fields of financial services to companies and e-commerce contracts, civil liability and liability profiles of company directors.
Since 2004 the Legal Office has specialized in consultancy and legal aid, in ordinary and administrative courts, concerning low-interest financing (E.U. and national aid for enterprises: Law 64/1986, Law 488/1992, Law 46/1982, Regional Plans-P.O.R., Area Agreements and Territorial Agreements), on behalf of Bank Institution Agents of the Public Administration.
The Office provides consultancy concerning free movement of people and services in the framework of the European Union Law and of the Private International Law, specially for companies and private citizens from Northern Europe, legal and out-of-court assistance in the sector of the law concerning family, minors, unfit to plead and Succession Law.
The Legal Office gained experience in ritual and amicable arbitration and competition procedures, also with reference to collection and safeguard of Public Collectors’ credit.
